Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
NeuroAssists is a neurodivergent-affirming coaching and virtual assistant business based in Lancashire, UK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") and set out the basis on which you may access and use it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle your data. Where you engage NeuroAssists for coaching or virtual assistant services, a separate signed agreement (Coaching Agreement or VA Services Agreement) will apply to that engagement and will take precedence over these Terms in relation to service delivery.

3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
use the Site to send, upload, or link to any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, NeuroAssists owns or holds a licence for all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including text, graphics, logos, and the NeuroAssists brand identity. These works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Any service engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between NeuroAssists and the client, which will set out scope, fees, and terms specific to that work.
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Coaching support offered by NeuroAssists is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional diagnosis. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the Samaritans (116 123), Shout (text 85258), or emergency services.
