About Me

My journey into understanding neurodivergence began in my early Thirties, following a path that many will recognise through trauma and the search for answers. In March 2025, I received my formal diagnosis, a moment that brought both clarity and the beginning of a new chapter in my life. Like many late-diagnosed individuals, I'm still navigating the complex process of unmasking and processing this newfound understanding of myself.

My lived experience encompasses CPTSD, anxiety, depression, RSD, and other neurodivergent traits that have shaped my perspective and deepened my empathy for others on similar journeys. It was through my connection with Think Musique, an incredible organisation supporting neurodivergent individuals, that I not only found my own path but also discovered my calling to support others.

My professional development has been shaped by both formal education and invaluable on-the-job training with Think Musique, where I learned the art and science of coaching neurodivergent individuals. I hold a Certificate in Understanding Access to Work through BASE, a Certificate in Neurodivergent Awareness from the Centre of Excellence, and a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid, also from the Centre of Excellence. Currently, I'm working towards becoming a certificated Neurodivergent Life Coach that is ICF accredited through the Natural Wellbeing Academy.

My passion lies in supporting those who, like me, received their diagnosis later in life or discovered their neurodivergence through trauma. I understand the unique challenges of late diagnosis, the years of masking, the confusion, the relief mixed with grief, and the complex journey of rebuilding your sense of self. My approach is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and a deep commitment to creating safe spaces where individuals can explore their authentic selves without judgment.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, questioning if you might be neurodivergent, or simply seeking support in understanding and embracing your neurological differences, I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery and growth.
